I am 33 and quite overweight. Height 5’11 weight 102 Kg.
2017 I tried to loose weight by going out for walks and light jogging.Brought my weight from 106Kg to 102kg.
2018 jan I joined gym focusing more on weights.My weight now 5 months later is still oscillating between 100kg and 102 Kg. But I have dropped a size with respect to shirts tshirt and jeans.
During this past year my cousin has lost 30Kg by going on juice diet. I tried it but failed.
Should I keep on doing the weights and slowly loose more size and some weight.
or should I focus on juicing and cardio mote to loose weight and later build muscle.
